How quickly can I get an anti-barking device?

We ship Monday to Friday from Brisbane, Queensland. Orders placed before 12:00pm Brisbane time are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after midday, or on public holidays, are dispatched the next working day.

Once your order has been assigned an Australia Post tracking ID, we'll send you a follow-up email so you can follow your delivery online.

Shipping — New Zealand

We ship to New Zealand via Australia Post International.

Orders are dispatched from Brisbane, Queensland on the same schedule as domestic orders — Monday to Friday, same-day dispatch for orders placed before 12:00pm Brisbane time.

Tracking is included with all New Zealand orders. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days once dispatched.

New Zealand orders are subject to standard international shipping rates, calculated at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer a 100% Money-Back Guarantee within 30 days of purchase.

How to request a refund or return:

  1. Complete the Refund Request Form within 30 days of receiving your item

  2. Return the product in its original condition, including packaging, manuals and accessories where possible

  3. We recommend sending your return with Australia Post tracking so you can confirm when it arrives with us — return shipping is at your cost

  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. If your refund is delayed, check with your bank or payment provider as processing times can vary.

Faulty or damaged products

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you're entitled to a replacement or full refund under the Australian Consumer Law. Contact us immediately and we'll arrange the return at no cost to you.

Exclusions

Refunds will not be granted for products returned after the 30-day period, unless required by law. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
